MATERIAL: White oak from salvaged wine casks. Quarter-sawn. French oak casks first put to use in 1905. Cresta Blanca winery, Livermore, CA.

FINISH: Hand-rubbed shellac. Fumed in the traditional way with ammonia for a golden tan to dark brown coloring. Burgundy wine staining on legs with a hint on the arms as well.

UPHOLSTERY: Leather, hemp, or customer-supplied material.

PRODUCTION TIME: 8 - 16 weeks
